In St. Marys, GA, on May 20 and 27, at 10 am, noon, 2 pm, and 4 pm each day, the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express will take passengers on a journey through picturesque woodlands and marshlands with entertainment all along the way.

At the Midway stage, such revered stars as Elvis, the Blues Brother, Whitney Houston, Mick Jagger and others will vie to be a winner in the “Heaven’s Got Talent” competition which will be judged by train passengers.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express is a new product of the St. Marys Express, and because of its broad appeal, organizers anticipate an early sellout.

“We expect people of all ages to climb aboard the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express and enjoy an outdoor experience that includes great entertainment,” said Barbara Ryan, St. Marys Express Entertainment Director. “A visit to the in-house Railroad Museum before or after the ride is always fun for our passengers as well.”

Ryan went on to say that passengers love the interactive experience on the train and at the midway staging area which is central to all the themed excursions.

“Our mission is to keep our guests engaged throughout their ride while also giving them the opportunity to relax and just breathe in the great outdoors,” she said.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express departs from Theatre by the Trax, 1000 Osborne Street in St. Marys, at 10 am, noon, 2 pm, and 4 pm May 20 & 27. Tickets are $20 for adults and $14 for children 12 and under.
